Electronic Records and Communications Consent

You consent to receive, review, sign, and retain electronically the HomeHeroLocal Terms, role-specific agreements or acknowledgments, Privacy Policy, notices, disclosures, security messages, account communications, and other records relating to your use of the marketplace. Your consent applies to your present HomeHeroLocal account and records provided while this consent remains effective.

This consent does not authorize a recurring payment, automatic renewal, paid membership, card charge, bank transfer, or Customer-to-Hero payment. Any future paid Hero membership would require separate terms and fresh payment consent.

To receive and retain electronic records, you need a current device with internet access; a supported web browser or the supported HomeHeroLocal mobile application; an active email address; software capable of displaying ordinary web pages and plain-text or PDF files; and storage or printing capability. You should save or print documents important to you. If these requirements materially change, we will provide notice and request renewed consent when required.

Current legal documents are available through HomeHeroLocal and may be printed, saved as PDF, or downloaded as text. You may request an available paper copy or electronic copy by emailing legal@homeherolocal.com. HomeHeroLocal currently charges no fee for a reasonable request, but may disclose and obtain agreement to a lawful fee before fulfilling an unusually burdensome request.

You may withdraw this electronic-record consent without a fee by emailing legal@homeherolocal.com from your account email and clearly requesting withdrawal. Withdrawal is prospective and does not affect the validity of records or consent completed before processing. Because electronic records are required to operate online account features, withdrawal may require HomeHeroLocal to restrict or close account-only features after providing any notice required by law. It does not cancel direct Customer-Hero obligations.

Keep your email address and other contact information current through available account settings or by contacting legal@homeherolocal.com. A communication is considered provided when sent or made available using the current contact information and methods associated with your account, subject to applicable law.

We may update this consent prospectively. Material changes will be presented for renewed consent when required. HomeHeroLocal preserves the exact version accepted with the account and does not silently rewrite accepted records. Nothing in this consent limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
